We always take into account the local conditions and offer our services as close to you as possible. We utilise our global experience and apply the best practices of the sector to benefit our local customers. You can choose the services you need for servicing among our Workshop Service, Field Service, Telephone Support and Remote Service. If you like, you can outsource the entire servicing of your machinery to Ponsse.Ponsse’s Service Centres and Telephone Support offer reliable and fast assistance for our customers’ maintenance and support needs. Our global service network consists of several Service Centres close to our customers’ working sites.
The extensive Ponsse service network consists of approximately 150 Service Centres all around the world. Our competent Service Centres offer assistance in our customers’ servicing issues based on their country-specific operations methods.
In all countries, maintenance personnel and maintenance advisors, all trained and certified by Ponsse, reply to telephone and e-mail enquiries sent by the customers. Our Ponsse Global Service team’s maintenance advisors deal with issues relating to Ponsse subsidiaries' and dealers' service and technical problems. Some of the Global Service team’s maintenance advisors work in Finland, and others are located all around the world, in order to avoid problems due to time differences and other similar issues.
