With Ponsse, you can customise a Preventive Care, Maintenance Care, Full Service Solution or Partnership Solution Agreement to suit your specific needs.With a PONSSE Service Agreement, forest machine entrepreneurs can outsource their equipment to Ponsse to ensure high availability of the machines. Any hidden defects observed in connection with periodic servicing will be repaired, minimising sudden breakdowns while working. There will be no waiting for service parts or unnecessary stand-stills.
The customers will always be immediately notified by the servicing personnel whenever Ponsse reforms the servicing routines or inspection. The customer will also receive information on all the latest Ponsse information system updates, and the latest versions will be installed in the machines. The full service history of a regularly-maintained machine will be available. When a machine of a service agreement customer is offered as a used machine, it will be in better condition than most machines, and thus it will be a potential used machine for buyers.
