Ponsse and its partners have continually worked together to improve their services supporting good products and the customer's own competitiveness with the most comprehensive after sales service network possible. We have tried to bring our services as close to the end user as possible. This minimises the time you spend picking up replacement parts or travelling to a service centre. The professional expertise of our service centre employees, whether in parts, maintenance, warranty issues or operator training, is continually kept fresh and up-to-date with ongoing training. Training is and will continue to be offered both locally and at our Finnish plant.We have received positive feedback from the field regarding the growth of our after sales services. And this is the most important thing of all, because it is precisely for the customer sake that we have developed these services. A significant portion of the new services and product improvements grew from customer suggestions. It is our hope that we will continue to hear your opinions so that we can support you in the best way possible.
