Wahlers Forsttechnik GmbH celebrated its 75-year anniversary
Our dealer in Germany, Wahlers Forsttechnik GmbH, completed the respectable 75-years in late September. The family-owned company has a long history, and it is an excellent example of the long-standing and entrepreneurial activity. Wahlers has grown together with Ponsse step by step since 1994 and has gained a strong foothold in the German forest machine market.Wahlers celebration was held in the Uffenheim office, and during the day there were over 600 people becoming acquainted with the Ponsse products - novelty machine Ergo 8W attracted the most attention. Ergo 8w has been in the German logging sites with the test driver Jarmo Udd, and the interest towards the machine has been great.
In the evening celebration the speech on behalf of Ponsse was held by the Chairman of the Ponsse Board Mr. Einari Vidgren, who said Wahlers is a perfect example of a well-run company, which stands over both good and bad times. In the celebration participated also Ponsse Ladies from Finland.
