Raffle rules / Ponsse Pro Quiz

1. Organised by:

Ponsse Plc, Vieremä, Finland (hereafter "organiser")

2. Eligibility

The organiser's employees and the partner's employees (Mainonnan Työmaa MPM Oy) involved in preparing the competition are not eligible to participate in the competition.

3. Competition period

The competition runs from 1 January 2010 to 24 December 2010. Answers received after the final day will not be eligible.

4. How to participate in the competition

In the competition on Ponsse's 40th anniversary commemorative website, at www.ponsse.com, there will be one Ponsse Quiz question each month. Answer the quiz question and fill out the competition form. By answering, you will be automatically entered in both the raffle for the monthly prize and the grand prize.

5. The prizes and raffling them

The grand prize will be raffled off among all quiz participants. The grand prize will be revealed later at www.ponsse.com. All winners will be notified personally, and the names of the winners will be published on the campaign site.
A total of 12 monthly prizes will be raffled off. The raffle will be held among the competition participants each month, and the names of the prize winners will be published on the campaign site.

6. Handing over the prize / publicity

The grand prize winner and the winners of other prizes will be notified of the win personally, and the names of the winners will be published on the www.ponsse.com site. The grand prize will be handed over to the winner in January 2011. The monthly prizes will be mailed to the winners. If the either the win notification or the prize is returned due to incorrect information or other delivery issues, the win will be invalidated. After this, the raffle will be performed again.

7. Liability of the organiser

The organiser's collective liability towards the participants is limited to the value or amount of the prize mentioned in these official rules. The recipient of the prize releases the organiser and the competition partner from all liability concerning injuries or damage caused by, allegedly or otherwise, participating in this competition, or by redeeming the prize or using it.

8. Lottery tax / replacement

The organiser commits to pay the statutory lottery tax for the prizes mentioned in these official rules. The winner shall be responsible for any other costs related to accepting the prize or implementing it. The prize shall not be redeemable for cash or other items.

9. The official rules apply to all participants

By participating in this competition, the participants commit to observing the official competition rules and decisions made by the organiser. The organiser reserves the right to change the rules.
